We are seeking a Scientist, C4ISR Systems Solutions Architect who will be responsible for the overall design of C4ISR systems, including network and associated data links, Battle Management System (BMS), and data processing, fusion, and dissemination from various ISR platforms. This role involves modernizing and developing new C4ISR systems to support joint operations, designing network-centric communications architecture, and coordinating with end users and other engineering disciplines to shape system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design C4ISR architectures using existing customer equipment while integrating cutting-edge technologies.
- Integrate artificial intelligence to enhance system capabilities and data analysis.
- Implement strategies to drive customer adoption of modernized C4ISR systems.
- Collaborate across various sectors to ensure integrated solutions.
- Maintain technical relationships with customers to meet and exceed their requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related science discipline (non-engineering/science majors will not be considered).
- 12 years of related experience (10+ years with a Master’s degree).
- 8+ years of experience in C4ISR systems design, including integrated battle management systems and tactical radio networks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong experience with the company Falcon Radio product line and military vehicle networks.
- Familiarity with interoperability, data fusion, real-time processing, and military operations.
- Knowledge of modern warfighting concepts such as JADC2.
- Expertise in scalable C4ISR systems design and AI/ML application in C4ISR systems.
- Strong technical presentation and proposal writing skills.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred due to the international nature of the work and potential interactions with stakeholders.
