This position requires close coordination with end users and other engineering disciplines to define requirements and work collaboratively with third-party vendors. The role also emphasizes the integration of artificial intelligence in the C4ISR space to enhance system capabilities and strategies for customer adoption of modernized systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and designing C4ISR architectures that leverage existing customer equipment.
- Integrating AI within C4I systems to improve capabilities and data analysis.
- Managing the technical relationship with customers to ensure their requirements are met.
- Collaborating across various sectors to provide cohesive solutions.
Work Conditions:
- This is an expat position with a duration of 3 years.
- Requires 50% business travel across the Middle East.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (non-engineering or non-science majors will not be considered).
- At least 12 years of related experience (10+ years with a Master’s degree).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in C4ISR systems design.
Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with the company's Falcon Radio products and military vehicle networks.
- Knowledge of interoperability, data fusion, and real-time processing challenges.
- Understanding of modern military operations, including design and application of AI in C4ISR systems.
