This role is based in the UAE, supporting customers across the Middle East with necessary regional travel. It is a hybrid position combining customer engagement, collaboration with regional teams, and office-based work, focusing on the company Fusion Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities.
- Utilize Health & Life Sciences expertise to recommend innovative solutions that help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are understood and addressed.
- Present and articulate the value of the company SaaS SCM solutions to various stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Health & Life Sciences events.
- Contribute to the growth of Fusion Healthcare & Life Sciences Applications within the Solution Engineering community.
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value.
- Proactively overcome obstacles to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Continually develop skills and knowledge across the company SaaS SCM and related areas (ERP/EPM, HCM, CX).
- Keep up-to-date with modern demonstration techniques.
- Understand the competitive landscape and confidently address objections.

Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
- Advanced, hands-on expertise in the company Fusion Cloud SCM, or comparable cloud solutions.
- Proven experience across the broader supply chain portfolio, including Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Inventory Management, Maintenance, and Logistics.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain design and network optimization, from demand planning to logistics execution.
- Experience leading multi-pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in the company Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures using the company Fusion Applications or similar enterprise cloud application platforms.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and associated processes.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred experience:
- Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programs within Healthcare and/or Life Sciences customers.
- Experience integrating the company Fusion SCM Applications or comparable applications with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping is advantageous.
- A master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Industry-recognized certifications and affiliations with supply chain institutions or professional associations.
Expectations:
- Willing to travel as needed across the Middle East.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations.
