Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders (clients and vendors).
• Order Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status and progress of orders, ensuring they are on track and adhering to timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of products or services before delivery.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the order fulfillment process.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and ensure that necessary materials are available.
• Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling and prioritizing tasks or shipments to optimize efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate reports on order status, potential delays, and other relevant metrics.
