SCM Lead

Job Description:

• Ensure service delivery according to agreed SLAs with customers.
• Report performance to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Handle escalations and resolve queries from team members and SMEs.
• Maintain regular interaction with customers regarding process details.
• Address people and process issues at the first level and escalate when necessary.
• Adhere to internal policies of the organization and ensure team awareness.
• Support audit requirements and maintain necessary artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with data security and communicate the impact of any non-compliance.
• Provide regular feedback and improvement plans for team members to stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers and logs of daily deliverables.
• Conduct regular people management sessions, such as one-on-ones or huddles.
• Highlight issues promptly to the next level.
• Coordinate and facilitate training needs within the team through regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Participate in weekly discussions with clients and publish weekly reports.
• Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one sessions for better management and transparency.
• Participate in feedback sessions and implement received feedback.
• Train new team members on processes and conduct ongoing team skill improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and adhere to all protocols governing employment, including leave, permissions, work timings, and information security.
