Job Description:
- Ensure service delivery according to agreed SLAs with customers.
- Report performance to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle escalations and resolve queries from team members and SMEs.
- Maintain regular interaction with customers regarding process details.
- Address people and process issues at the first level and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to internal policies of the organization and ensure team awareness.
- Support audit requirements and maintain necessary artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with data security and communicate the impact of any non-compliance.
- Provide regular feedback and improvement plans for team members to stakeholders.
- Maintain trackers and logs of daily deliverables.
- Conduct regular people management sessions, such as one-on-ones or huddles.
- Highlight issues promptly to the next level.
- Coordinate and facilitate training needs within the team through regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Participate in weekly discussions with clients and publish weekly reports.
- Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one sessions for better management and transparency.
- Participate in feedback sessions and implement received feedback.
- Train new team members on processes and conduct ongoing team skill improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and adhere to all protocols governing employment, including leave, permissions, work timings, and information security.
