Scrum Master

Synechron is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead projects and facilitate Agile practices within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing full-scale project plans, and managing project dependencies.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles, removing impediments that hinder team progress.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing their expectations and aligning them with project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively managing changes in project scope and implementing contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
