Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Ensure that the Scrum team follows Agile practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and empower the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
