Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement — with rigour and consistency.
- Coach development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Drive team maturity and self-organisation, enabling squads to operate at high velocity without micromanagement.
- Support adoption of SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks at program level, including PI Planning and ART coordination where applicable.
Delivery & Impediment Removal
- Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments that block team progress — escalating cross-team dependencies and organizational blockers to the right forums.
- Monitor sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team health metrics, reporting delivery status transparently to program leadership.
- Manage risks and issues at team level, escalating where appropriate and ensuring mitigation actions are tracked to closure.
- Ensure Definition of Done (DoD) is clearly defined, consistently applied, and continuously improved across all teams.
Integration & Implementation Support
- Coordinate Agile delivery workstreams across integration projects — ensuring teams are aligned on API dependencies, middleware deliverables, and integration testing milestones.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency mapping during platform implementation sprints, including core banking module rollouts.
- Work alongside technical architects and QA leads to ensure integration readiness checkpoints are embedded within sprint cycles.
- Support UAT planning and execution coordination, ensuring business sign-off activities are tracked as sprint deliverables.
Migration Project Delivery
- Lead Agile delivery coordination for data and system migration workstreams — managing sprint goals, cutover readiness checklists, and parallel-run validation activities.
- Collaborate with data architects, POs, and QA teams to ensure migration milestones are sprint-sequenced with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensure business continuity risks are captured in the risk register and actively managed through the migration delivery lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Act as the primary Agile delivery point of contact for program managers, PMOs, and senior business stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain sprint reports, program increment dashboards, and delivery scorecards tailored to both technical and business audiences.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops on Agile ways of working, change management, and delivery governance.
- Ensure compliance with banking-sector delivery governance standards, including audit trails, change management logs, and release documentation.

- Proven track record facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

- Experience supporting or leading Agile delivery for platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go-live sprint management.
