Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to a newly formed service team.
- Support the team in maximizing their potential without coercion or dictation of work processes.
- Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles as they arise.
- Coach the team on utilizing the Client Agile framework to enhance Agile maturity.
- Foster an environment where team members feel collective responsibility and can voice opinions.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Service Owners to manage the backlog and new requests.
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with other Scrum Masters for technical collaboration.
- Monitor value delivered by the team and facilitate retrospectives for continuous optimization.
- Maintain program schedules and report timely on risks and issues, ensuring adherence to IT policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large organization. Familiarity with project management methodologies (both traditional and agile) is essential.
- Skills:
- Deep expertise in Scrum and exposure to scaling frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile approaches like Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or XP.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in project management tools, software development, and agile delivery coaching.
- Knowledge of banking products and digital channels, particularly Mobile and Internet Banking.
Candidates with certifications such as CSM, PSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred. Adding to your credentials, experience in DevOps and CI/CD, and familiarity with cloud and microservices projects is a plus.
