Scrum Master

We currently have an urgent opening for a Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience. The Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths.
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Ensuring the Scrum team follows Agile practices and principles.
• Removing impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Fostering a collaborative environment and empowering the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
• Communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project success and developing mitigation strategies.
• Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a related role.
