Scrum Master

Penta Consulting is a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA. We are currently hiring a Senior Scrum Master to support one of our key clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain healthy backlogs.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement in team performance.
• Track agile metrics (velocity, quality, predictability) to support delivery excellence.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile mindset and frameworks.
• (Preferred) Support AI/GenAI delivery teams with sprint planning around data and model-readiness challenges.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of IT delivery experience, including 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Skilled in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar agile tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM II/III) and at least one scaled agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• (Preferred) Exposure to GenAI/AI/ML projects.
