Responsibilities:
- Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Empower the team to self-organize and make sound decisions while fostering a collaborative Agile culture.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow for fintech development.
- Advocate for Agile principles and continuous improvement practices within the team.
- Shield the team from external interruptions to help achieve sprint goals and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product backlog, sprint goals, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or similar role facilitating Agile teams.
- Proven track record of successfully facilitating Agile teams and implementing Scrum practices.
- Experience in fintech or financial services development teams preferred.
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to guide and influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification is required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of fintech development processes and regulatory compliance.
