The company is hiring for an AI-Native Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The AI-Native Team Coach plays a crucial role in enabling AI-Native teams to adopt, apply, and continuously improve the AI-Native delivery model. This position serves as a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence resource, supporting multiple teams by establishing effective delivery practices, developing team capabilities, and promoting increased autonomy as teams mature.
The role focuses on improving the systems through which teams deliver value by enhancing collaboration, flow, transparency, empiricism, and continuous improvement. Moreover, it guides teams in utilizing approved AI capabilities to refine planning, building, testing, coordination, and learning processes.
The AI-Native Scrum Master coaches the delivery process and ways of working, while the relevant business Product role and AI Value Architect maintain accountability for value, product priorities, and solution direction. The team maintains accountability for delivery.
Accountabilities

• Develop the AI-Native delivery model by contributing to its design and continuous evolution, leveraging approaches such as AI-Native SAFe, Lean, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, tailored to the organizational, security, and operational context.
• Establish and evolve team ways of working by coaching teams in adopting the AI-Native delivery model, beginning with consistent core practices and enabling greater team autonomy as capabilities and maturity develop.
• Strengthen empiricism and measurement by assisting teams in establishing and utilizing meaningful measures of outcomes, flow, quality, and team health to foster learning, decision-making, and ongoing improvement.
• Enable AI-supported delivery by identifying areas where AI can eliminate repetitive tasks, enhance quality, expedite feedback, or facilitate better decisions, while ensuring appropriate human judgment, review, validation, and accountability are maintained.
• Address impediments and systemic constraints by coaching teams to resolve controllable issues independently and facilitate broader interventions with leaders, functions, or specialists for issues outside the team's scope.
• Build team capability and autonomy by offering targeted coaching, facilitation, and delivery interventions that add value, while cultivating teams’ abilities to manage their own routine planning, coordination, review, and improvement activities.
• Share learning and improve wider practice by identifying, recording, and disseminating insights across AI-Native teams and LACE, including recurring delivery challenges, reusable practices, effective AI applications, and potential enhancements to the AI-Native delivery model.
  Education & Experience
• Demonstrated experience in coaching Agile teams and improving technology delivery systems within complex enterprise environments; experience with small, cross-functional, or highly AI-enabled teams is preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of Lean and Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, flow, empiricism, and continuous improvement.
• Experience establishing new teams or facilitating teams in adopting, stabilizing, and maturing new ways of working.
• Proven track record in coaching multiple teams or operating as a shared coaching capability across a portfolio, division, or value stream.
• Experience guiding teams to utilize delivery, flow, outcome, quality, and team-health measures for evidence-based improvement.
• Practical knowledge of how AI tools and capabilities can support product and technology delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, analysis, development, testing, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar work-management and delivery tools.
• Ability to identify systemic constraints, dependencies, and recurring delivery issues, facilitating appropriate cross-team interventions.
• Relevant coaching or Agile certification, such as SAFe Practice Consultant, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, Certified Scrum Professional, PSM, or an equivalent qualification.
