The Scrum Master will report to the Release Train Engineer and be responsible for facilitating all aspects of scrum ceremonies to ensure successful product delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives; resolving impediments and clearing the backlog; and coaching the team to increase agility and support the agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities also involve maintaining the scrum team capacity plan, scrum board, sprint backlog, velocity, and burn down charts; facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings; proactively managing risks and issues; ensuring team objectives are met; coordinating between teams; and guiding scrum teams in following Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or in end-to-end agile process delivery (agile transformation), a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent, and mandatory Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe. Experience in agile delivery, user story creation, and strong written and oral communication skills are also required. Proficiency in English is expected.
