We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional Agile squads working on multiple financial products, including our trading exchange and financial applications. This individual will play a key role in coaching Agile methodologies, ensuring sprint efficiency, and removing roadblocks to product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile squads, guiding teams in delivering high-quality financial products.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Ensure smooth sprint execution, helping teams stay on track with commitments and deadlines.
- Remove blockers and streamline workflows for development, QA, and product teams.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, product, marketing, and compliance teams to align with business goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and product owners to prioritize backlog items and optimize sprint outcomes.
- Promote Agile best practices, ensuring teams embrace iterative development, feedback loops, and adaptability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and sprint planning methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial applications is a plus.
