As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing AI and data engineering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring team adherence to Agile practices.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Ensuring compliance with Responsible AI practices.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong project management and Scrum Master skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles.
- Arabic speaking skills (nice to have).
