Scrum Master

In this role, the Scrum Master will lead scrum teams and provide coaching to the team and organization, ensuring adherence to established Agile processes and practices. Responsibilities include overseeing the product development lifecycle, managing end-to-end project management, and handling software/product release management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the Scrum process is followed correctly, keeping the Development Team aligned with Scrum framework values and principles, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, and other necessary team activities, while encouraging self-organization and empowerment within the team.

Additional responsibilities involve supporting the Product Owner in crafting effective Product Backlog items and managing prioritized backlogs for multiple products, as well as ensuring that planning meetings adequately prepare the team for upcoming Sprints and releases.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and operates under hybrid, full-time work conditions.
