About the Job: Synechron is actively seeking a Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, creating full-scale project plans, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
  • Continuously monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles within the Scrum team.
  • Remove impediments and blockers hindering the team's progress.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to empower the team to self-organize and improve continuously.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in relevant fields such as DevOps, Java, .NET, or application development.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management with a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
