As a Scrum Master, you will drive Agile excellence by enabling teams to deliver value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Lean-Agile principles. You will foster high-performing teams, support Agile Release Train (ART) execution, and ensure alignment across planning and delivery cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Wave Planning to align teams on objectives, priorities, and deliverables for each Program Increment.
- Support Sprint Execution by leading Scrum events, resolving impediments, and maintaining team focus.
- Improve Flow and Quality through collaboration and adherence to the EGA Agile operating model.
- Build High-Performing Teams by promoting self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile maturity.
- Enhance ART Performance by supporting PI planning, system demos, retrospectives, and problem-solving workshops.
- Manage the Product Backlog in partnership with the Product Owner to maximize value and clarity.
- Drive Continuous Improvement by initiating changes that boost team productivity and Agile adoption.
- Remove Impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams with other Scrum Masters to strengthen Agile practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, manufacturing operations engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years as a Scrum Master, with significant experience in Manufacturing Operations environments.
- SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).
- Proven track record in Agile environments with deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and other Agile frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow ADM.
- Exceptional skills in team facilitation, Agile coaching, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Exposure to enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
