Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Ensure that the Scrum team adheres to Agile practices and principles.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Foster a collaborative environment and empower the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7 to 15 years of experience in Scrum Master and IT development.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
