Main Responsibilities:
- Support team delivery and facilitate events to ensure productivity and time management.
- Proactively remove impediments and dependencies, assisting the Product Owner in backlog management.
- Visualize work processes, measure and optimize flow, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Report on team progress using relevant KPIs and ensure compliance with Jira for updates.
Profile Requirements:

Primary Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master across multiple development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and XP.
- Proficiency in Agile management tools such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence.

Desired Skills:
- Understanding of software development techniques.

Behavioral Skills:
- Strong communicator with excellent coaching, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Perfect command of the French language and strong proficiency in English for running workshops and meetings.
