Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team follows Agile practices.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress and support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
- Foster a collaborative environment, empowering the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
- Communicate clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.
