Scrum Master

Synechron is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Scrum Master will collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team follows Agile practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress and support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog.
• Foster a collaborative environment, empowering the team to self-organize and continuously improve.
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.
