Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking: Support project planning, execution, and tracking across multiple engineering workstreams.
- Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reviews.
- Tool Management: Maintain and manage project activities using Jira, Kanban boards, and Agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Meeting Leadership: Independently lead meetings, provide clear status updates, and escalate blockers when necessary.
- Risk & Communication: Ensure realistic planning and transparent communication regarding project progress and risks.
- Milestone Tracking: Track action items, dependencies, and milestones to support on-time project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Assist in improving project workflows, team collaboration, and reporting structures.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in Project Coordination, Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles.
- Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Kanban frameworks.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, effective communication with technical and management teams, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Domain Expertise: Exposure to aerospace, space, defense, or other engineering-driven environments is preferred; minimal technical aerospace background is acceptable.
Nice to Have:
- SCRUM certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Previous experience supporting engineering or R&D teams.
- Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
