We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to drive agile practices and enable high-performing, cross-functional teams working on cutting-edge autonomous vehicles, robotics, and AI solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure alignment across engineering teams, and support continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle. This role requires strong collaboration with software, hardware, systems engineering, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of agile practices and smooth coordination across all teams
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles
  • Maintain team sprint boards, backlogs, and metrics for transparency and alignment
  • Work with Product Owners to refine requirements and ensure readiness
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration and delivery quality
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, AI/ML, or high-tech engineering environments
  • SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or other Agile certifications
  • Understanding of systems engineering processes and hardware/software integration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and preferably SAFe methodologies
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, robotics, systems)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • High level of adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
