Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach and mentor the agile team in Scrum practices, values, and principles.
- Ensure transparency in the team's processes and progress through effective communication and collaboration.
- Remove impediments and obstacles for the team, proactively addressing any issues that could hinder progress.
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging regular retrospection and learning.
- Actively track and communicate agile metrics, team velocity, and progress towards goals.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication between the agile team and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts, mediate effectively, and promote team cohesion.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to obstacle removal, ensuring team efficiency and productivity.
- Experience working with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
