Key Responsibilities:
Technical PMO:
• Manage project timelines and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and updates.
Scrum Master:
• Lead Agile Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and coach team members.
• Foster collaboration.
DevOps:
• Implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.
Business Analysis:
• Gather and document requirements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and map business processes.
• Liaise between stakeholders and development teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Technical PMO, Scrum Master, DevOps, or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in capturing requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with project management and DevOps tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Jira Administrator certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of SDLC and best practices.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
