Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion Agile values and Scrum principles
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
  • Maintain a healthy backlog and well-defined user stories
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to align priorities
  • Engage stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and requirements
  • Translate needs into clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria
  • Create supporting artifacts like process flows, wireframes, or user journeys
  • Foster a self-organizing, empowered team environment
  • Identify and remove impediments proactively
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices
  • Drive impactful retrospectives
  • Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile lead
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and software development concepts
  • Certifications like CSM, PSM, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are a plus

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in scaled Agile environments
  • Exposure to TDD, BDD, DevOps practices
  • Background in FinTech, CommTech, or SaaS
