What You’ll Do:
- Champion Agile values and Scrum principles
- Lead Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
- Maintain a healthy backlog and well-defined user stories
- Partner closely with Product Managers to align priorities
- Engage stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and requirements
- Translate needs into clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria
- Create supporting artifacts like process flows, wireframes, or user journeys
- Foster a self-organizing, empowered team environment
- Identify and remove impediments proactively
- Coach teams on Agile best practices
- Drive impactful retrospectives
- Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
What You Bring:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile lead
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development concepts
- Certifications like CSM, PSM, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are a plus
Bonus Points:
- Experience in scaled Agile environments
- Exposure to TDD, BDD, DevOps practices
- Background in FinTech, CommTech, or SaaS
