Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Own and maintain the programme plan, tracking progress across all workstreams and flagging risks and dependencies early.
  • Proactively manage blockers, escalating to the Delivery Manager when necessary to keep delivery on track.
  • Produce clear, concise progress updates and reports for the Delivery Manager.
  • Support planning activities, including roadmap maintenance, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the delivery team.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong planning and tracking capability beyond just facilitation.
  • Ability to own a plan, track progress, and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-vendor programme environments.
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills.
  • Comfortable producing clear reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent agile tooling.
  • PMP or Prince2 knowledge is advantageous.
