Scrum Master

Synechron is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate must have a development background and will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and goals, developing full-scale project plans, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives), and ensuring the Scrum team adheres to Agile practices. The Scrum Master will also work closely with the Product Owner to maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks, while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects in alignment with business goals.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents.
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Support the Scrum team in following Agile principles.
• Manage project dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 3-4 years in related skills, including DevOps, Java, .NET, application development.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities.
