Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the corporate banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile and the Scrum framework, demonstrating proficiency in Scrum principles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently managing interactions with stakeholders.
• Preparing governance and reporting data for senior management.
• Developing vision and strategy for initiatives.
• Maintaining a high standard of professional conduct and presentability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to handle stakeholders independently.
• Excellent governance and reporting skills.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities.
