As a Scrum Master at Synechron, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensuring adherence to Agile practices and principles within the Scrum team.
- Removing impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
- Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Fostering a collaborative environment to empower the team to self-organize and continually improve.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
- Communicating project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders.
- Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project success and developing mitigation strategies.
- Proactively managing changes in project scope and devising contingency plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
Skills:
- Excellent project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Prior experience in Software Development is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
