SDR Manager

We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for MEA (Middle East & Africa) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will lead a team of 5-8 SDRs, training them to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities. You will plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs, working closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns. Collaboration with Sales and the SDR Leadership team is key to improving opportunity management and qualification processes.

Your responsibilities will include accurately forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment, managing, and improving Sales Development KPIs, refining the sales pitch and process for optimum results, establishing metrics, and helping the team understand and improve their performance. Your leadership will contribute to creating a fun, high-energy environment where people love to come to work.

To be qualified for this position, you should have experience managing a sales team within a SaaS organization, fluency in Arabic and English, and a verifiable track record of success and goal attainment in a sales-oriented role. A passion for technology, a deep understanding of social media's role in business, and a high level of drive, passion, and desire for results are essential. Additionally, experience in creative outbound reaches is highly valued.
