Position

The company is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to contribute to the Subscription Education and Awareness Program (SEAP) initiatives in the EMEA region, focusing initially on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) market. The SEAP team consists of experts in software asset management, software licensing, and compliance who directly engage with customers, partners, and sales teams to promote and enforce the company's subscription model.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and plan engagement opportunities in your assigned territory and region.
  • Promote the company's subscription model and contractual terms to customers and stakeholders.
  • Influence sales revenue through education and enforcement of the subscription model.
  • Measure and reconcile usage of the company’s subscriptions with customer entitlements.
  • Review and approve complex deals in collaboration with the Deal Desk team.
  • Resolve contractual concerns directly with customers.
  • Document and share best practices for subscription management and optimization.
  • Create and distribute regionally-specific marketing messaging.
  • Coordinate with third-party consulting services to focus on revenue recovery.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in software licensing and compliance, software asset management (SAM), software sales, and sourcing.
  • Experience in creating and analyzing customer data reports.
  • Strong commercial skills, including program/project management, proposal development, and data analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of the company's subscription model.
  • Ability to explain contractual terms in clear language to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in forecasting and tracking sales related to SEAP efforts.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic or another language spoken in the MEA region is a plus.
