Responsibilities
- Drive sales in real estate or luxury sales markets
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and manage property listings
- Achieve sales targets consistently
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently
- Utilize marketing support to generate fresh leads and prospects
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- Prior experience in the UAE/Dubai secondary market preferred
- In-depth knowledge of resale properties, property listings, and landlord relationships
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
