Secondary Market Specialist ( Meydan, Dubai Hills & Dubai South )

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Property Consultant with experience in UAE real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and transactions. This role is particularly focused on the Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate, and Dubai South areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Showcase a strong understanding of Dubai's secondary property market, especially in key areas of Meydan, Dubai Hills Estate, and Dubai South.
• Manage sales of ready properties, oversee resale transactions, and facilitate listing acquisitions.
• Exhibit sales performance and effectively convert leads into clients.
• Cultivate strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Operate independently while remaining self-motivated and commercially focused.
• Maintain a valid UAE driving license.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE real estate sales.
• Candidates from luxury sales backgrounds will be considered if they have a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Proven ability to manage ready-property sales and resale transactions effectively.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation and building client relationships.
