About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Secondary Property Advisor who possesses UAE real estate experience and strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to convert leads into clients and close transactions, specifically targeting UK nationals with relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into transactions
• Utilize strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills to engage with clients
• Stay informed on Dubai communities, property values, and market trends
• Work independently, exhibiting self-motivation and commercial focus
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
• Demonstrated experience in Dubai's secondary property market
• Valid UAE driving license
