Section Manager Digital Transformation

About the Role
We are looking for a Section Manager Digital Transformation to lead initiatives in Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Systems Integration, Automation, Data Governance, and Artificial Intelligence at the company in Saudi Arabia. The primary focus of this role is to transform Sales Performance, Dealer Network Development (DND), and Non-Technical Training through the use of integrated data, digital tools, governed business intelligence (BI), and automation. Additionally, you will develop scalable digital, data, and AI capabilities to support other NKSA functions in line with approved business priorities. As the business-side technical lead and product owner, you will bridge functions between NKSA, Local IT, Regional IS/IT, the company enterprise platforms, dealers, and technology partners, translating operational needs into functional and technical requirements.

In This Role You Will:

Digital Transformation & Business Solutions

• Own and maintain the prioritized NKSA transformation roadmap and backlog, focusing on Sales Performance, DND, and Non-Technical Training.
• Map current processes, identify manual/repetitive activities, and redesign workflows using digital solutions such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and fit-for-purpose applications.
• Develop or coordinate internal solutions including dealer assessments, DND expansion tracking, training/certification tools, workflow approvals, and reporting automation.
• Assess vendor proposals for technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, integration approach, security, implementation effort, and total cost of ownership before solution selection.
• Measure benefit realization in terms of hours saved, cycle-time reduction, errors reduced, cost avoidance, and user adoption.

Business Intelligence, Power BI & Enterprise Performance Management

• Own the development of the NKSA Sales Performance Dashboard into an integrated performance-management environment.
• Establish Power BI architecture, standards for dashboards/UI, reusable data models, governed workspaces, and deployment processes.
• Define a common KPI architecture covering sources, owners, logic, targets, frequency, and management use, preventing duplicate reporting.
• Create executive, functional, dealer, and operational views with drill-down capabilities across various metrics.
• Expand analytics to encompass DND, Training, Customer Experience (CX), Corporate and Community Services (CCS), Production, and other approved functions.

Systems Integration, Data Engineering & Architecture

• Map the current state of systems, interfaces, data flows, ownership, and dependencies across various platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Dragon, and others.
• Identify manual interfaces, duplicate data handling, quality gaps, and system limitations while defining integration priorities.
• Document API/interface requirements and coordinate technical feasibility with Local IT and Regional IS/IT.
• Maintain system maps, future-state architectures, data flow maps, and other important documentation.

Business-to-IT Translation & Technical Product Ownership

• Lead workshops with business functions to convert problems into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Serve as the business-side technical owner between functions and IT while leveraging technology and architecture.
• Coordinate assessment, solution design, testing, and launch procedures.
• Maintain a Digital Transformation Dependency & Risk Register.

AI, Automation & Advanced Analytics

• Develop a practical, governed NKSA AI roadmap focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Prioritize use cases for AI applications including forecasting, lead scoring, and dealer insights.
• Drive Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled use cases while ensuring appropriate security measures are in place.
• Define success metrics and control requirements for each use case before scaling up.

Cross-Functional Analytics: Sales, CRM, DND & Training

• Analyze various performance metrics concerning sales, lead intelligence, DND, and training.

Data Governance, Quality, Security & Single Source of Truth

• Establish a data-governance model covering ownership, KPI definition, quality rules, and security measures.
• Maintain documentation for data quality and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant architecture.

End-to-End Delivery, Change, Vendor & Benefit Management

• Manage the entire solution lifecycle from problem definition through to development, configuration, and enhancement.
• Coordinate with multiple teams including Executive Management, Local IT, and vendors.
• Drive user readiness, adoption, and change management efforts post-launch.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with ownership of enterprise-scale solutions.
• Mandatory technical capabilities include Power BI, SQL/SQL Server, dashboard architecture, integration architecture, and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.
• Preferred capabilities include Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and machine learning.
• Strong business competencies with executive communication skills, project leadership, and user adoption capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory; Arabic is preferred but not essential.
