Sector Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sector Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage key client relationships, and ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service delivery.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support business growth through client retention and new business opportunities.
• Oversee team performance, training, and development.
• Monitor financial collections and outstanding client accounts.
• Ensure operational activities comply with applicable policies and regulations.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong client/account management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
