Leidos is seeking a Secure Communications Encryption Expert to support a US Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a one-year assignment with the option to renew. The assignment location may vary among seven locations in the Kingdom.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Salary Range: $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
Duties:
- Develop improvement/enhancement plans for COMSEC management considering technology obsolescence and modernization efforts.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HoD), including attending meetings, conferences, and preparing briefings.
- Work both independently and collaboratively under the guidance of the HoD.
- Establish comprehensive training programs for the use of the Simple Key Loader (SKL).
- Develop and provide training for COMSEC Custodians, Chief Resource Officers (CROs), and end-users.
- Offer train-the-trainer instruction for COMSEC devices, operational training operations (OTO), and ancillary equipment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of directly related experience, OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certification(s).
- Minimum of 5 years of CRO experience.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Supervisory and managerial experience in COMSEC management, installation, integration, testing, operation, and maintenance.
- Experience providing advice and assistance regarding COMSEC and Crypto within the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with US Type-1 Encryption devices.
- Proficiency with Data Transfer Devices (DTD), SKL, and Electronic Keying Management Systems (EKMS).
- Strong understanding of COMSEC requirements related to various RSAF aircraft platforms with secure communications.
- Experience with GPS/SASSM, ARC-210, IFF, SG-250, KIV-77, and other secure communications hardware.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a US citizen with an active SECRET level security clearance.
Language Requirements: Bilingual Arabic/English (spoken and written) is required.
