About the Job:
As a Securities Services - Buy-side Trading Services Relationship Manager - Vice President within our EMEA team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Buy-side Trading Services relationship across a portfolio of Agency Securities Finance and Margin Services clients. You will work closely with the EMEA Buy-side Sales and Securities Services Coverage teams, focusing on enhancing client revenue and profitability, promoting incremental sales growth, and delivering thought leadership in Agency Securities Finance and Margin Services solutions. This role provides an opportunity to develop and execute an annual client strategy and calling plan, with a key focus on revenue optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Key Buy-side Trading Services Clients.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations for assigned clients.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client experiences and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute an annual client strategy and calling plan focused on revenue optimization.
  • Maintain oversight of clients’ program parameters and profitability.
  • Communicate market and regulatory developments to identify potential revenue opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Understanding or experience with securities markets is a necessity.
  • Extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly with high-profile institutional investor clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Securities Financing and Margin Services.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Fluent/conversational Arabic language skills (preferred but not essential).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA.
