Position

As a Security Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for following detailed operational processes and procedures to analyze, escalate, and assist in the remediation of critical information security incidents. You will correlate and analyze events using SIEM tools (such as Splunk, Log Rhythm, Qradar) to detect IT security incidents, conduct forensic analysis of log files, and monitor multiple security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, switches, and VPNs. Additionally, you will respond to inbound technical assistance requests and maintain documentation to communicate information effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting system, security, and application logs.
  • Participating in knowledge sharing and writing technical articles for internal knowledge bases.
  • Maintaining awareness of the current threat landscape.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Rotating shifts within a 24/7 operating environment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Strong interest in internet security, incident detection, and network/system security.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and common attack types.
  • Demonstrable experience with SIEM tools and networking security products.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, GCA, GCIA, GCIH, or CEH are preferable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and write in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
