Security Analyst L2 (RE) - UAE Region

About the Role
As an L2 SOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in investigating complex security alerts, leading incident responses, and protecting clients from cyber threats. This position also involves mentoring junior analysts and enhancing our detection tools to ensure robust security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate & Respond: Handle escalated alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and mitigate security incidents.
• Build & Tune: Create and improve SIEM/SOAR use cases and detection rules.
• Threat Hunt: Actively search for hidden threats and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
• Mentor & Improve: Guide L1 analysts and assist in upgrading SOC processes and security policies.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, SOAR tools, packet analysis, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, GCIH, GCIA, or CISSP are highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong English communication skills.
