Help AG is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Emirati national to join our Security Operations Centre (SOC) team as a Security Analyst. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong knowledge and interest in network security. The Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring multiple security technologies and events using the Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tool to detect and identify IT security-related incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed operational processes and procedures to analyze, escalate, and assist in the remediation of critical information security incidents.
- Correlate and analyze events using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Log Rhythm, or Qradar.
- Conduct forensic analysis of log files, including system resource access.
- Review customer reports for quality and accuracy and monitor multiple security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Respond to technical assistance requests and document actions in cases effectively.
- Maintain awareness of the current threat landscape and participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Emirati candidates with a family book are preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in information security and network or system administration.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, common attack types, and detection/prevention methods.
- Experience with SIEM tools and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, security products, and Cyber Kill Chain.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, GCA, GCIA, GCIH, or CEH are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and Arabic.
