Position

The company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Emirati national to join our Security Operations Centre (SOC) team as a Security Analyst. If you have a strong knowledge and interest in network security, this position might be the right one for you. The Associate Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring multiple security technologies and events using the Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tool in order to detect and identify IT security related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed operational processes to analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical information security incidents.
  • Correlate and analyze events using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Log Rhythm, and Qradar.
  • Conduct log file analysis, including forensic analysis of system access.
  • Monitor security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
  • Respond to technical assistance requests and document actions for effective communication.
  • Maintain awareness of the current threat landscape and participate in knowledge sharing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Emirati candidates with family book preferred.
  • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in information security, network operations, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and common attack types.
  • Experience with SIEM tools and a solid understanding of networking and security principles.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CEH are preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.
