Security and loss prevention Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a Security & Loss Prevention Executive (SLP) to support daily security operations across stores and distribution centers. This role is focused on preventing loss, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stores and distribution centers through patrols and CCTV.
• Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks.
• Ensure all security systems (cameras, alarms) are functioning properly.
• Respond to incidents including theft, accidents, and violations.
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
• Preserve evidence and provide support for investigations.
• Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections.
• Maintain records of audits and security activities.
• Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks.
• Recommend corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Clear communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Physically capable of performing patrols, including standing or walking for long periods.
