As a Security Assurance Solutions Architect, you'll help enterprise customers navigate their migration to the cloud while operationalizing the shared responsibility model. This role involves ensuring compliance with enterprise risk management requirements and educating customers on how services facilitate secure operations.
You will collaborate with multiple business lines, tackling a variety of security and compliance challenges. Success in this customer-facing role is measured by your ability to support clients in migrating sensitive workloads and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams, including partners and customers, to enhance security assurance and compliance programs.
- Define innovative compliance and risk management approaches tailored to customer needs.
- Engage with clients to resolve security assurance questions and manage risks associated with operating in the cloud.
- Provide insights and feedback to technology teams based on customer and partner interactions.
- Travel to customer sites as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in risk management and internal audit, including risk assessments and controls design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Security, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, compliance, risk management, data privacy, or security controls.
- 2+ years of experience advising customers on architectures that meet industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST 800-53, GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GSEC, Security+).
- Experience in conducting security assessments and auditing IT processes.
