We are looking for a Security Assurance Specialist (Saudi Nationals Only) to enhance information security for the company users, partners, and employees. This role involves monitoring activities related to information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security awareness in line with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Governance: Develop and maintain mechanisms to promote a strong information security culture across the organization. Design and deliver comprehensive awareness and training programs for all employees.
- Security Risk Management: Implement and maintain risk assessment methodologies, assess overall risk posture, develop and maintain security risk profiles, and track risk mitigation plans.
- Security Compliance: Monitor compliance with Delivery Hero and the company information security policies, manage ongoing compliance and certifications, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Overall Governance & Resilience: Adhere to policies and procedures, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and promote a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge & Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in information security, risk, governance, or compliance roles. Strong knowledge of information security risk assessment frameworks, technical understanding of security controls, and experience in conducting audits.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. At least two of the following certifications are mandatory: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor.
