Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with integration and implementation of Zscaler technologies: Secure Internet Access (ZIA), Secure Private Access (ZPA), Digital Experience (ZDX), Web, Email, and Endpoint DLP.
- Experience with other cybersecurity vendors and technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Symantec, CyberArk, OPSWAT, Tenable) is an advantage.
- Understanding of information security concepts and networking, including TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Familiarity with Software Defined Networks (SDN), virtualization, and cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as presentation skills.
- Experience in IT consulting and working with large-scale organizations, both from the customer side and in an IT vendor environment.
