This role is critical in driving Microsoft security and compliance solutions within the Hyperscalers team. The consultant will need expertise in Microsoft Purview (Compliance, Information Protection, Risk Management) and the Defender Suite (XDR, Defender for Cloud, Identity, Endpoint, and Office 365) to enhance security operations, threat management, and compliance frameworks for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Purview and Defender solutions, ensuring compliance, data security, and threat mitigation.
- Implement and fine-tune Microsoft Defender for various platforms for enhanced threat visibility and response.
- Develop Zero Trust security architectures based on Microsoft security best practices.
- Act as a technical SME for Microsoft services in customer engagements and project delivery, ensuring integration into Help AG’s MSSP-managed security services.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive opportunities in Microsoft security solutions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft security advancements and provide training and mentorship to internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft security, compliance, and threat management solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Data Loss Prevention and Compliance Manager.
- Experience in multi-cloud security integrations.
- Preferred Certifications: SC-900, SC-400, SC-200, SC-100, AZ-500.
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust, cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong customer-facing and technical consulting skills.
