Position

Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking an experienced Security Consultant (UAE National) responsible for managing support requests from clients. The role involves receiving requests via email and phone, maintaining communication with customers regarding support tickets, health checks, and other technical work. Additionally, the Security Consultant may work as a resident engineer on customer sites, utilize ticketing systems and documentation tools accurately, and follow up on escalations to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical support tickets from customers.
  • Performing health checks for the supported technologies.
  • Engaging in projects and pre-sales activities as required.
  • Ensuring the ticketing system is updated to comply with SLA requirements.
  • Interacting with vendor support organizations and engineers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience in technical Information Security within an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical relationships in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with leading vendor technologies such as F5 Networks, Broadcom, Palo Alto Firewall, Pulse Secure, OPSWAT, Infoblox, Ixia, and Fortinet (certifications are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of information security concepts and associated technologies.
  • Background in TCP/IP networking within large-scale organizations.
  • Flexible working approach and ability to set personal work goals.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.
